Like most businesses, AYD collaborates with advertising partners to provide you with customized promotions on some of their websites and services. Your personal information may be used by these third parties to target online advertisements to your interests. Additionally, in order to connect you with restaurant partners where you have previously placed orders and enable them to provide exclusive deals with you, a certain amount of personal information exchange is required.
AYD does not sell any of your information in the conventional sense, as previously stated. The law views our data-sharing agreements with restaurant and advertising partners as "sales," even if no money is transferred. Below, you have the option to refuse such data sharing.
If you choose to opt-out, we will no longer share your personal information with our restaurant and advertising partners; nevertheless, you might not receive offers and deals that we would have otherwise shared with you. AYD will provide its restaurant partners with your name and email address for the sole purpose of processing your order.
If your personal information was obtained by an advertising partner or restaurant partner prior to your submitting an opt-out request, then partner may proceed to use your data in compliance with their own privacy rules. For instance, unless and until you unsubscribe from that restaurant partner, you will continue to receive emails if one of our restaurant partners added you to their restaurant email distribution list.
